Project 365

This is just a little bit of fun and hopefully a way of providing me with motivation to get my camera out each day.  The plan is to take a picture that means something to me.  It may be something I love, or something that has happened.  Maybe it will be a photo to portray my mood or a feeling I experienced.  I'll write a little about the picture I add.

I hope to keep up with it on a daily basis, let's see how I get on shall we?  Feel free to join in with your own 365 project should the desire take you - I'd love to share it with you.

Playing catch up as I didn't update this yesterday *bad person, I know*

4/365

I made a cake!  A proper fully fledged cake!  It was edible and everything *grin*.  My instructions were - "goth like" Hmmm. So I can't just nip down to the local Tesco and buy one then??  Ooooooh as if I would..... ;o)

So here you are - skulls, roses, black, broken heart, red.  I really hoped that that ticked all the boxes - I really didn't want to go all dark and gruesome for my dear daughters 14th birthday!

All handmade by myself - no moulds or "cheats". Oh, and for those that like to taste cakes and not just admire them - it was chocolate sponge and fresh cream filling - yum!

5/365.

I'm cheating a bit with this one as I couldn't decide between two pictures I have taken today.  There was so much love in the air today!

Firstly, this is my dad:

I love my dad very, very, very, very much.  I mean heaps!

He doesn't judge me.  He doesn't criticise. He accepts me as his daughter and is always around to pick up the pieces when things go horribly wrong.  He loves me for who I am, what I do, and is the most wonderful, supportive, amazing man you could ever wish to meet.

He has always been there for me no matter what, and for that I am eternally grateful.

Dad, I love you.

Then of course, it was birthday time!

Happy Birthday Chelsea!

14 years old - where did the time go?

Surely I'm too young to have a 14 year old!

But - Chelsea, I'm incredibly proud of you, you are a wonderful, caring, intelligent, articulate human being and I am truly blessed to have you as my daughter.

I love you Chelsea, so very much.
